2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Cool Breeze Direct reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to inventory or supplier issues

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

HVAC systems are shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized warehouse partners.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Cool Breeze Direct is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Weather

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Manufacturer backorders

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Final Sale Equipment

All HVAC systems and major equipment are final sale once shipped.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Proper sizing

  • Electrical compatibility

  • Installation requirements

Cool Breeze Direct is not responsible for incorrect product selection.

6. Installation Responsibility

Cool Breeze Direct does not perform installations.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Code violations

  • Labor costs

  • Permit issues

  • Refrigerant handling

  • Electrical modifications

  • Warranty voidance due to improper setup

Professional installation is recommended unless purchasing an approved DIY system.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only.

Cool Breeze Direct makes no additional warranties, express or implied.

Warranty claims must follow manufacturer guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cool Breeze Direct shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of profits

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury related to product use or installation

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in North Carolina.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve disputes under North Carolina law.
